Triad Builders of Ruston is a family-owned operation located in Ruston, Louisiana. We have been in business for over 60 years providing high quality construction work throughout North Louisiana and the surrounding areas. Our company was founded on April 30, 1958 by three men (William A. Jones, Richard Jones, and Bill Waldron), thus the name “Triad.” In 1987, Thomas B. Jones was named as President.

Triad works on both negotiated and competitive bid basis, having developed an outstanding proficiency in pricing, scheduling, material expediting, and job cost management. One of three common approaches can be utilized to tailor the project delivery approach to your needs:
General Contractor – Triad and the Owner work together in a traditional design-bid-build process, utilizing lump sum, cost-plus a fee, or cost plus a fee with a guaranteed maximum price contract.
Design Builder – The Owner and Triad together direct and streamline the design and cost from the start, while Triad shoulders the sole responsibility of both design and construction to the Owner.
Construction Manager / Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) – A strong, collaborative working relationship between the Owner, Designer, and Triad is established by selecting Triad as the Construction Manager. Triad will provide cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and preparation of a guaranteed maximum price. By engaging Triad in the early stages of the project, you can be more certain of your cost and accelerate your schedule.
